Skinny on Breeland

#1

Found this info on PACKER website:

The Packers signed Bashaud Breeland on Sept. 26, 2018.

Breeland, a 5-foot-11, 195-pound fifth-year player out of Clemson, was originally selected in the fourth round (No. 102 overall) of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins. In four seasons with Washington (2014-17), he played in 60 games with 57 starts, recording 267 tackles (210 solo), eight interceptions, 60 passes defensed, seven forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and a sack. He also returned an interception for a touchdown and averaged 20.5 yards on 11 kickoff returns.

Better than House. He was a top FA CB until he failed his physical when he decided to go with the Panthers over the Packers.

A decent safety and shouyld be a good pickup, since the Packers are struggling there. They wern’t the only ones after Breeland, so props to Gute for getting him.

Well the skinny is that he has not even seen the light of day since he has been signed. They really need him ASAP!
